One Million Reasons to Shop Daisy’s

Girls, I have a favorite new place to shop in town.  For those of you that live anywhere close by, this place is a must shop.  Had to chat today about Daisy’s. 

There is a new concept floating around out there where a business owner will allow designers and merchants to set up shop, all under one roof.  What can you find at Daisy’s?  Home decor, children’s boutiques, furniture, jewelry, gift items, artwork and so much more!  I stumbled upon it one day while I was out looking for Christmas decor.

And I met my new friend Daryl of Peacock & Vine in the parking lot! I asked what the buzz was all about and whether I should make the effort of digging out my stroller to drag Jeffrey through! Poor guy, I drag him everywhere!

Anyway, she invited me in and explained the concept and even sweetly introduced me to the owner, Judy VanWuyckhuyse.  (Try saying that 3 times fast!)

Y’all, I fell in love with Daryl, Judy and this store. It’s amazing.  There are more than 40 different home designers and merchants there and have items from $3 to $400!  They will even help you with your design questions!

So it’s like shopping in a mall, with so many different “stores” to see all under one roof!

Here are a few pictures from Daryl’s booth- she carries an amazing assortment of gift items, decor and gourmet foods.  Do you remember me talking about my favorite Cinda B keychain?  I bought it from her! Love that thing!

Daryl designs and crafts a lot of her own pieces and they are beautiful!

Isn’t he adorable?  I’m actually going to do a special feature on Daryl soon because she has SO much talent! And she’s the sweetest thing to boot! And check out this petal artwork she made!

Be sure to stop by the Count Your Blessings booth.  This is one of Judy’s booths where all the proceeds go to support local charities here in Greensboro! Judy has a passion for helping others as you quickly realize from talking with her!

She has the cutest gifts items starting at $5!

And of course, you’ll want to check out her other booths- Peaches & Cream, Scout bags, and the gift wrap booth!

Did I mention that you get a gourmet chocolate at check out?  Oh, and be sure to take your babies and kids with you because Judy & her husband Richard will love on them for you while you shop!   I wish I had gotten one of Judy holding Jeffrey because he reaches out for her every time we go in!

Anyway, Daisy is located relatively close to Lowes Home Improvement on (3127) Battleground.  it’s across from where Preen used to be if that helps at all.
